DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) - Families who need to get vaccine booster shots for their seventh graders will not have to wait in long lines.

Public Health Dayton- Montgomery County has set up two clinics for your convenience.

State law requires students entering seventh grade need to show proof that they received the tetanus, diptheria and pertussis or T-Dap vaccine.

They are also open to 8th through 12th grade students who have not previously received the booster.

There are alternative hour clinics for busy parents.

The first clinic will be held Wednesday, August 8th at the Vandalia Senior Center from noon until 6:30 p.m.

The other clinic is scheduled for Saturday, August 11th from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at Fairhaven Church in Centerville.
