Police make arrest for Ravenwood murder

DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) - Police have made an arrest in a Dayton homicide.
Officers say Tarrell Postell is in jail right now, charged with felonious assault.
Jason Rutledge, 29, was shot in the 2000 block of Ravenwood Avenue on Wednesday, February 20.
A Montgomery County grand jury will hear the case later this week.
