PNC bank robbed in Miami Township

MIAMI TWP., Ohio (WDTN) - The Miami Township Police Department is investigating a bank robbery.

A lone robber walked into the PNC Bank at Springboro Pike and Lyons Road around 4:00pm.

Investigators say he passed the teller a note that said he had a weapon, but none was ever shown.

The suspect is described as an older man, 50-60 years of age and 6' tall.

He left the bank on foot.  No one was hurt, but the suspect did get away with some cash.
