MORAINE, Ohio (WDTN) - 2 NEWS has confirmed that there is an interested buyer for the old Cooper Tire building in Moraine.
The massive 770,000 square foot building along I-75 has been sitting empty since the last of the company's workers were laid off in 2009.
The California-based company that has been managing the building, Covington Capital, and the city of Moraine, have both confirmed the pending deal that they say is in the beginning stages.
Neither source would identify the interested company.
