HUBER HEIGHTS, Ohio (WDTN) - One man is dead after a motorcycle crash in Huber Heights.

A police officer tells 2 News it's the worst motorcycle crash he's seen in his 13 years on the force.

Police say the motorcycle was traveling southbound on Brandt Pike at speeds of up to 90 MPH when it hit a silver car that was heading northbound, turning left onto Kitridge Road around 5:30 Saturday night.

The driver of the motorcycle was pronounced dead at the scene.  His name has not been released.

Police say the other driver was taken to Miami Valley Hospital with head and arm injuries.

The speed limit in that area is 35 MPH.

The intersection was shut down while police investigated.
