MORAINE, Ohio (WDTN) -
There is a buyer for a huge vacant factory in Moraine.

Our partners at the Dayton Business Journal report that the old Cooper Tire on Dryden Road was sold to Vonmil Realty Company.

We're told Heidelberg Distributing could be the new tenant.

The building has been empty since the last Cooper Tire employees were laid off in 2009.

The price tag on the sale is $7.5 million.
