No OVI arrests made at checkpoint

HARRISON TOWNSHIP, Ohio (WDTN) - The Montgomery County Sheriff's Office and Montgomery County Combined Agency OVI Task Force conducted a checkpoint on Tuesday night, resulting in no OVI arrests.
The checkpoint took place from 7-11 p.m. on North Main Street in Harrison Township. In addition to the checkpoint, additional deputies and state troopers were assigned to saturation patrols around the checkpoint site.
Even though no OVI arrests were made, deputies issued 13 driving under suspension/no driver's license citations issued; 10 seatbelt citations, 13 child restraints citations issued; and 8 citations issued for other traffic violations.
