TROTWOOD, Ohio (WDTN) - Montgomery County deputies released new video from the night an undercover officer and a suspect were shot in Trotwood.
You can hear, "Gun! Gun! [running] gunfire," on that tape.
Police responded to Leo's II after a fight was reported just after 11:30 p.m. on April 13th.
Less than an hour later, an officer spotted Deontay Cochran, 21, armed with a gun.
Cochran ran and at some point a Trotwood and an undercover officer opened fire.
That undercover officer and Cochran were shot. Cochran is charged with carrying a weapon and resisting arrest. He pleaded not guilty.
