DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) - The Montgomery County Sheriff's office has unveiled a new website to keep you up-to-date on traffic trouble.
Officials say the new site will reduce the amount of calls to the dispatch center, and keep everyone aware of what's happening on the roads.
It's automatically updated every 60-seconds by the computer dispatch system and it's guaranteed 100-percent accurate
"This is you property damage, very common with storms to watch this website, any trees down, wires down, we put on fire assists, so if there's a structure fire, obviously structure fires can inhibit traffic quite a bit," said Shawn Waldman, IT Director, Montgomery County Sheriff's Department.
It's even accessible from smartphones.
