Musical instrument used in assault

KETTERING, Ohio (WDTN) - A Kettering man is accused of assaulting a woman with a musical instrument.

Seldon Tutt, Jr., 28, was arrested and charged with felonious assault.

Police say he assaulted the woman February 18th early in the morning at 5544 Bigger Road.

Officers found the victim in the hallway, sitting on the stairs. She was treated and released for her injuries.

Police say the victim knows Tutt. He is being held in the Montgomery County Jail on $35,000 bond.
