Murder suspect will head to trial

HUBER HEIGHTS, Ohio (WDTN) - The Montgomery County Prosecutor's Officer plans to take a murder case to trial.

Prosecutors indicted Jesse Stinson, 27, Thursday for the murder of Tyree North.

He faces four counts of murder, two counts of aggravated robbery and burglary charges.

The shooting happened on October 12, 2012. on Mount Charles Drive in Huber Heights.

Investigators say North's girlfriend came home to find him shot and her home ransacked.

Stinson is also charged in two other cases, as well.  He accused of robbing a wine store in Dayton and a drive-thru in Riverside.

He will be arraigned March 7, 2013.
