Murder suspect makes court appearance

DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) - A Dayton murder suspect made his first court appearance Friday.
A not guilty plea was entered on behalf of Demond Harris, 33.
Harris is accused of fatally shooting Keith Van Moore, 25, on June 1 in Dayton's Twin Towers neighborhood.
Van Moore's body was found in the middle of Xenia Avenue.
Bond was set at $1-million. Harris is in the Montgomery County Jail.
The accident happened in the westbound lanes of U.S. 33 by Townline-Kossuth Road…
