KETTERING, Ohio (WDTN) - A Miamisburg company's expansion plans got underway with a groundbreaking Monday.
Mound Laser and Phototonics is building a 20,000 square foot building in the Miami Valley Research Park in Kettering.
The manufacturing and research and development facility will help accommodate the growing company and bring new opportunities to the region.
"It's just excitement. I can't explain it It's just pure excitement, look at all the people here, this is the community this is the Dayton region. All the people I've worked with, they're all coming out to recognize the growth in this region and that's the exciting part," said Larry Dosser, President and CEO.
The building is expected to be complete by April of next year.
