DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) - A former Dayton funeral home director is scheduled back into court Tuesday.

Scherrie McLin is accused of taking $200,000 from 50 families.

Prosecutors say the money was paid for funeral services that were never rendered.

McLin was released from jail Friday, March 8 after posting a $250,000 cash bond.

Her court date Tuesday is a scheduling conference.  It should set the course for the remainder of the case.

She faces 17 felony counts.
