Martial artist guilty of assaulting police officers

DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) - A mixed martial arts fighter has been found guilty of assaulting three Dayton police officers.

Nikolaos Boscarino was booked into jail shortly after being convicted Friday in Montgomery County Common Pleas Court.

He attacked the officers July of last year, near Taggart's Pub.

They were all treated and released from the hospital.

Sentencing is set for November 20th.
