DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) - A disturbance culminated in a shooting outside the Webster Station Bar early Saturday morning, according to police.

Officers said they were initially called to 500 East Third Street shortly after 2:15 a.m. when there was some kind of disturbance in front of the bar.

According to police, a black male in his 30s was then shot in the back or the side.

Medics took the victim to Miami Valley Hospital with serious injuries.

Officials said there were a large number of people at the bar at the time of the shooting.

Police said they detained four or five people for questioning, but no arrests have been made.
