MIAMISBURG, Ohio (WDTN) - A Dayton man was indicted Wednesday for causing a fatal crash in July 2012.

Montgomery County prosecutors accuse Joseph McGraw, 26, of Dayton, of causing a crash that killed Robert Halsall, 68, of Fairborn.

Investigators say McGraw started a chain reaction crash as he exited from Interstate 75 onto State Route 725 in Miamisburg.

Prosecutors say McGraw was drunk at the time.

He was indicted for aggravated vehicular homicide, vehicular assault and operating a vehicle under the influence.

McGraw is scheduled to be arraigned January 24, 2013.
