RIVERSIDE, Ohio (WDTN) - A judge decided Tuesday that a Miamisburg man is guilty of negligent vehicular homicide.

Kevin Rine, 55, pleaded no contest to the charges just before the judge found him guilty.

The crash happened in August 2011 at Old Troy Pike and Needmore Road in Riverside.

Rine lost control of the Roto-Rooter tanker truck he was driving and it slammed into a car stopped at the red light.

Kristen Ream, 37, of Dayton, was killed.

Rine faces six months in jail and a $1,000 fine. A sentencing date has yet to be scheduled.
