Man found crushed under his car

HARRISON TWP., Ohio (WDTN) - Montgomery County Sheriff deputies are investigating how a man ended up crushed under a car at a Harrison Township garage.
The body of Michael Smart, 57, was found Tuesday morning at 7:45 am at 6345 North Dixie Drive.
Investigators think a jack malfunctioned causing the car to slip off and pin Smart underneath.
A neighbor says he noticed a light on in the garage and went to investigate only to find Smart already dead.
The investigation continues.
