DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) - Bullets flew around an alley in Dayton Thursday afternoon.
A man told police a car load of men stopped in the 2100 block of Elsmere Avenue when one got out and started firing a gun.
The victim was not hit, but his van was riddled with bullets.
The shooter, who was wearing a yellow shirt and khaki pants, ran from the scene while the car drove away.
