DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) - A man was beaten unconscious early Wednesday morning in Dayton during a robbery.
It happened on South Garland Avenue off East Third Street around 2:30 a.m. Officers told two men with guns attacked the man who was walking home from a nearby gas station.
Officers said they don't usually see violence in this neighborhood.
Police dogs lost the scent of the suspects a couple blocks away. No good description of the suspects was available.
