COLUMBUS, Ohio (WDTN) - A court date is now set for an embattled State Representative from Dayton.
Clayton Luckie is set to be arraigned in Columbus on Monday, October 15. He is charged with corruption, theft in office and money laundering.
Luckie turned himself in to the FBI in Columbus Wednesday. He pleaded not guilty to 49 counts.
FBI agents say Luckie put $130,000 of campaign funds into his personal checking account over the past six years.
