Jackknifed rig slides into wall on I-75

DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) - An out-of-control tractor-trailer caused a traffic back-up on Interstate 75 Tuesday afternoon.

The semi jackknifed in the northbound lanes at Stanley Avenue, sliding into the center retaining wall.

Traffic was slowed to the Carillon Park area until tow trucks could get to the scene and move the rig so it was headed in the right direction.

No other vehicles were involved in the accident.

The driver was not injured.
