DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) - The final phase of the Interstate 75 construction project will be announced Wednesday.

The Ohio Department of Transportation will join several other agencies to discuss how the final phase will affect motorists and neighboring businesses.

ODOT says the final phase will improve safety, decrease congestion and remove left hand entrances and exits.

It will also create one primary ramp to access the downtown.

The project will also create three continuous lanes in both directions from Third Street to Main Street.
