Groups across the Miami Valley are commemorating the legacy of the Rev. Martin Luther King Jr.

Hundreds gathered at Dayton Convention Center after coming from all directions of the city. The main parade route came down West Third Street, starting about 9:30.
Participants said that it's not only important to remember the life of the civil rights leader, but also to reflect on the work the that still needs to be done.
Day long events started with a breakfast Christ United Methodist Church in Kettering.
King would have been 84 on Jan. 15.
The Indian Lake School District will begin to bus it's students all together …
