HUBER HEIGHTS, Ohio (WDTN) - Huber Heights police make an arrest for an arson fire.

Firefighters rushed to a home in the 6400 block of Lufton Court Tuesday morning after a neighbor smelled smoke.

Fire Chief Mark Ashworth said no one was home at the time. It appeared that someone was in the middle of moving out. Ashworth says there are signs of "suspicious activity".

Cameron McCleese, 21, is now in the Montgomery County Jail on an arson charge.

Police are trying to figure out his relationship to the people who lived at the home.
