Homicide detectives called to shooting

DAYTON (WDTN) - Dayton police were called to the scene of a shooting Sunday night.
    
Around 8 p.m. officers were dispatched to Ravenwood Avenue on reports of an 18 year-old shot in the arm.

When officers arrived they said they discovered the victim's injuries were more serious and he had been shot in the chest.

Homicide detectives were called to investigate.
