Homicide detectives called to Riverview Avenue shooting

DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) - Homicide detectives were called after a shooting was reported around 11:30 am in the 3200 block of Riverview Avenue in Dayton.
Police say the body of Todd Cummins, 22, of Dayton was found on the sidewalk in the rear of an apartment building.
A suspect has been arrested. His name has not been released.
Police say Cummins does not live in the neighborhood where his body was found, so they are investigating why he was there.
The shooting is under investigation.
