DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) - A Dayton grandfather must face a judge after his 4-year old grandson shot himself.
Ronald Johnson, 72, was charged Wednesday with endangering children.
Investigators say Johnson was at home on Brooks Street Tuesday while the child played with a loaded weapon.
It fired, striking the boy in the leg. He is expected to recover.
