DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) - Fifth-Third Bank's Financial Empowerment Mobile arrived in Dayton on Wednesday.

The 40-foot retrofitted bus serves as a mobile classroom, providing credit counseling, financial education, foreclosure prevention assistance and financial products.

Since 2004, community partners across Fifth-Third's footprint have joined together with the bank in offering this unique and innovative solution to meet the financial needs of more than 200,000. In 2011, the bus erved more than 50,000 in 79 cities.

The Financial Mobile will be parked outside the Job Center of Greater Dayton on Friday, September 14 between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m. It will then move to Lima on Friday, September 21 to the Lima Allen Council on Community Affairs.
