Drunk driver gets 13-years for crash

DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) - A Dayton man will spend the next 13 years in prison for causing a fatal crash.

Joseph McGraw was sentenced Tuesday in Montgomery County Court.

He was drunk when he ran a red light at State Route 725 and I-75 and caused a multi-car crash in July 2012.

Robert Halsall , 69, of Fairborn , died.

McGraw must also give up his driver's license for life.
