DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) - One driver is recovering after hitting two cars and a tree in Dayton early Friday morning.
It happened just after 4:15 on Brandt Pike north of Stanley Avenue.
Investigators told 2 NEWS the driver lost control, hit two parked cars then slammed into the tree -- coming within feet of someone's home.
He was taken to the hospital but is his injuries are not considred life threatening.
The investigation continues.
