Disruptive juror will serve jail time

DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) - The man who disrupted jury selection for a nurse's trial connected to Makayla Norman's starvation case, was in court Thursday.
Nicholas Hudson was in the jury pool last month for the trial of Mollie Parsons.
His outburst forced the judge to declare a mistrial.
Hudson apologized in court, but the judge wasn't happy.
"That's not what this process is about. It's not about how do I get out of this, it's how do I do what I am supposed to do as an American," said Judge Mary Katherine Huffman, Montgomery County Common Pleas Court.
Hudson will serve the next five weekends in jail for his actions and will be forced to pay $1,600 in restitution.
Parson's trial has been rescheduled for August.
