Dayton ranks in top 10 for eye health

DAYTON, Ohio (DAYTON BUSINESS JOURNAL) - Dayton Business Journal: Dayton has been named among the top 10 cities nationwide for eye health.

Vision insurance and services provider VSP Vision Care has compiled its inaugural Eye Health City Index. Cities in the top 10 are those whose residents receive eye exams most frequently.

The data is based on the percentage of people who received an eye exam in 2011 and who have VSP Vision Care benefits in markets where VSP covers 100,000 people or more.
