Dayton man indicted for fatal crash

DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) - A Dayton man was indicted for a crash that killed a Washington State man.

Steven Mayberry, 22, Jr. faces several charges including aggravated vehicular manslaughter.

Prosecutors say he ran a red light at the intersection of Liscum Drive and US Route 35, striking another car.

That car's driver was killed. His passenger was seriously hurt.

Mayberry is currently being held in the Butler County Jail on unrelated federal charges.
