Dayton man faces a charge of murder

DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) - A Dayton man stood silent during his arraignment in Montgomery County Tuesday morning.
Dwayne Ellison is charged with murder.
Investigators said he shot and killed 21-year-old Isaiah West after an argument outside of a liquor store on Germantown Street in May 2011.
A not guilty plea was entered in his behalf.
Ellison remains in jail.
