DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) - A Dayton man is accused of trying to get a conceal carry permit even though he has a criminal record.
The Montgomery County Prosecutor's office says William Blair, 24, will be in court Tuesday for Falsification to obtain a CCW permit.
Prosecutors say Blair lied about felony convictions on his record in an attempt to get a CCW permit.
Ohio law states that anyone with a criminal record does not have permission to carry a concealed weapon.
