Dayton #2 in Ohio for professional pay

DAYTON, Ohio (DAYTON BUSINESS JOURNAL) - Dayton Business Journal: Dayton ranks No. 2 in Ohio for highest pay in professional services, coming in at 47th overall nationwide, according to a new report by Bizjournals.com.

The average annual pay for professional services workers in Dayton was $62,300, tied with Providence-New Bedford- Fall River, R.I.

Cincinnati-Middletown market, which includes the southern part of the Dayton region, came in tops in Ohio at $63,600 average pay and ranking 38th in the nation. Cleveland-Elyria-Mentor market came in just behind Dayton at 49th overall in the nation with an average pay of $61,400. Columbus was 53rd overall in the nation with $61,000 average pay.
