DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) - Dayton Police are investigating whether the same person or group of people is responsible for shootings that left three people hurt over the course of five hours.
The latest happened around 11:30 Monday night, and police said it appears to be a drive-by shooting. Police pulled up the scene on Germantown Street and found two victims suffering gunshot to the leg.
One victim had multiple gunshot wounds in one leg and his injuries appeared life threatening, prompting police to call homicide investigators to the scene to investigate. Both victims were taken to Miami Valley Hospital.
Around 6:00 p.m. Monday, police were on Danner Avenue where a man was rushed to the hospital after being shot in the groin.
All three victims are expected to survive.
