KETTERING, Ohio (WDTN) - Police have a man in custody in connection to a kidnapping and sexual assault in Kettering.

Wade Adams was arrested Feb. 12, 2013, on charges of kidnapping and gross sexual imposition.

Police said Adams is their suspect in the Jan. 26, 2013 abduction of a woman in the Big Lots parking lot on Wilmington Pike.

Adams is the second person police have arrested in this case.

On Jan. 28, officers arrested a man who they said the victim positively identified. However charges were dropped against the Dayton man when DNA testing proved his innocence.
