DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) - Folks gathered on Saturday for a homicide vigil at the corner of Third Street and North Kilmer to remember a man gunned down last week while sitting in his van.

Twenty-nine-year-old Kareem Dickerson was shot to death November 4.

Community leaders, friends, and family prayed for Dickerson at the site where he was killed.

Several people were in the area at the time of the shooting on November 4 and said they saw two suspects, dressed in black and wearing hoodies, run from the scene.

Officers said the motive for the shooting is unclear.

Police are still investigating the incident.
