Cold case finally closed in Dayton

DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) - A cold case was finally closed Tuesday afternoon.
Benny Harper, 51, was sentenced to a decade behind bars after admitting he killed Craig Gober in October 2006.
Harper beat Gober near his Detroit Avenue home in Dayton.
His arrest came five years after the crime.
Harper pleaded guilty to involuntary manslaughter in late June.
