Children's calls for police presence after 'threat'

DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) - Extra security was put on alert  in and around Children''s Medical Center Tuesday morning.

Hospital officials asked for extra police crews to respond following what they said was a domestic dispute at the hospital.

Details of the incident have not been released, but hospital officials did tell 2 NEWS that police and security guards were looking for a male suspect who they said was "threatening."

Hospital officials said some hallways are secured but the main entrances in and out to visitors are not closed, and the hospital is not on a lockdown status.
