Charges approved in restaurant robbery

CENTERVILLE, Ohio (WDTN) - A Kettering man is now formally charged with robbing a woman outside a Chinese restaurant in Centerville.
The Montgomery County Prosecutor's Office approved charges against Matthew Madden, 54.
Madden is accused of robbing a woman in the parking lot of the China Cottage on Far Hills Avenue on December 2, 2012.
Madden is charged with a count of robbery and possession of criminal tools.
He is in the Montgomery County Jail, already charged with another crime.
