CENTERVILLE, Ohio (WDTN) - The Centerville Police Department and the Montgomery County Prosecutors Office are investigating an incident involving two teens and a videotaped sex act that was posted on social media.

The prosecutor has approved a charge of pandering sexually oriented matter involving a minor against 19-year-old Takeya S. Clemons of Dayton.

According to Centerville Police Officer John Davis, Clemons recorded a consensual sex act with a 16-year-old female in Centerville, then posted the video on Facebook.

Davis said the case is scheduled to go before the Montgomery County grand jury at a later date.
