Celtic Festival dances away the storm

DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) - The 11th annual Celtic Festival had a rather rainy opening Friday evening, but once that rain moved through, it was full speed ahead for the weekend.
The festival is set up in downtown Dayton around Riverscape.
There is plenty of celtic dance, food, music and more.
