DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) - At least 50 cats were removed from a Dayton home as part of an hoarding investigation Wednesday afternoon.

Police tell 2 NEWS the ats were found in and around the house located in the 100 block of Oberer Avenue.
A number of dead animals, including a kitten, were found inside the house.
Officials said the same woman who lives at the house was the subject of a hoarding investigation in 2007.
Police were called to the home when neighbors reported an odor in the area and discovered a dead cat.
