DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) - Police and medics were called to a north Dayton neighborhood Wednesday morning where a car flipped on its top.
A car was westbound on Basswood Avenue when it struck a Buick parked along the curb, police told 2 NEWS.
The driver then rounded the corner onto Newport Avenue and rolled the car.
Investigators said the driver ran from the scene and was later caught.
A passenger in the car was taken to Miami Valley Hospital.
His name and condition have not been released.
The impact of the crash pushed the parked Buick off the street and onto the sidewalk.
