DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) - Cooling help is now available for the summer months.
The Summer Crisis Program began Monday at Community Action Partnership.
People lined up first thing to sign up.
If you are eligible, you may receive up to $250 to buy an air conditioner or pay electric bills.
Households may also qualify for help if they've received a disconnection notice and meet program guidelines.
The program will continue through August 31st or until funds run out.
