DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) - Ohio State Rep. Jim Butler (R- 41) joined Dan Edwards on 2 NEWS Today on Dayton's CW March 11 to discuss his prisoner reform program making it's way through state legislature.

Butler, now in his second term, also touched upon his plans to promote new compressed natural gas programs state-wide.
